Sometimes a solution is created before you are aware there is a problem. Thus is the Orbital Sander Station.

Imagine if you will, sanding away on a project and its time to reposition your work. You have to turn off your palm sander, wait for it to wind down, then move your project turn the sander back on and continue to sand. Time savings in the shop usually comes in small but frequent increments. Imagine the convenience of simply placing your sander in a bracket and leaving it on while you free up both hands to move your work, then lifting your sander out of the bracket and continuing with your sanding. Enter the Orbital Sander Station. I must admit I didn't see the need for this item when I first saw it. It took using it a while before I realized the value and time saving aspects of this bracket.

You can mount it to a wall behind your sanding station like I did, but it easily mounts in a vice on your bench. Another feature of the bracket is the ability to mount your sander in the bracket and use it as a stationary sanding station. (at left)

The design of the Orbital Sander Station has been well thought out, the ease of mounting and use make this a great addition to your shop.

On special for $29.95 (regularly $39.95) make this easy on your wallet. Give this tool a try and solve a problem you didn't know you had. Available at http://www.orbitaltoolstation.com/

Featuring:

  • Powder coat finish over heavy gauge steel.
  • All necessary hardware included.
  • Fits virtually all 5" palm grip sanders
  • Easy assembly.
